Within the international
Djing scene, Mar y sol definitely knows what’s happening with the
music. Formerly a resident of Paris, she is a hypnotizing force
in the club. Having platformed herself initially as a model, she traded
in her cat walking performances for the stage and adoration for the
music. As traveling is not only her motor, her work has found her in Miami, London, Paris (Follies Pigalle, Manray), Ibiza (Pacha, Amnesia & Km5), Milan (Club Love) Amsterdam (Chemistry, New Frontiers Festival, Escape) and spinning records at Berlin’s SYSTEM U.SITE open air festival. Mar y sol, as her name attests (sea and sun) brings to the music scene a fresh fusion of deep house, latin-tribal, progressive tech-house and trance. Her music creates a sense of happiness and a mood of inspiration along with that of beautiful vibes.
